I have a 1998 with 47,000 miles. I have put on new tires and wheels. Had them balanced 2 times and stilll have a shake in the steering wheel. It does not seem like a virbration. Has anyone had this probem
How can you tell if a shock is bad, rather how do you test it without having to take the shock off? In our work vehicle, we too have shaking and we replaced the tires and now also a bushing was bad so had to replace the whole rear strut assembly. Thought that was the fix. To be determined......
i have this same problem so i have bought new rotors and pads, and also plan on balancing the wheels soon. Prior to replacing the rotors at what speeds did you feel the shaking/vibration??? cause i feel mine like at 70mph...
also does it make a difference if I balance the wheels before or after i change the rotors and pads??... i really hope this remedies the situation
