Leaking "Coil"? Please Help

Leaking "Coil"? Please Help
So I have a bit of a problem. My 2000 C5 is leaking water on the passenger side, in the leg/foot well. I took the glovebox and dash off to reveal a silver colored, rusted, cylinder. It leaks all over the floorboards. And as Humid as Houston all ready is, Im already misserale. Im afraid that the water may mess up electrical equipment. Any Quick fixxes, or Ideas as too what it is? Condensor coil? Heater Coil?

Sounds like your A/C evaporator drain is blocked. There is a rubber "udder" in the firewall that helps the water drain to the outside of the car.
