My friend has a 2000 coupe. It occasionally lights up the ABS/TC lights. I plugged the car up to EFI Live and did not find any codes. A drive around my neighborhood found the brake pedal pulsing at light braking and engaging the ABS at heavy braking. The pads aren't great, but they aren't bare yet. The problem started after a shop replaced the front tires. She tried taking it back to complain, but the car wouldn't display the symptoms when she took it (of course). Fluid level and color are fine.

Products like EFILive can't "read" DTC data in computers other than the PCM. However, the C5 has its own built in DTC diagnostic display ..... go here for instructions to display DTC data ...
It is easiest to let the display run until the DIC says MANUAL mode, then you can display each DTC and write them down. Post them here and someone can help diagnose them ....
Post the entire DTC ... they look like P1234HC or C9999H or U5678C ... we need the leading letter (P,C,B or U) the four numbers, and the final H or C (or both).
