GM refund info

Does anyone know where I could find the necessary form or request?
I just paid to have the fuel shut off programed out of my 02. Column lock was previously removed, car would go into the shut off mode randomly, usually resolve itself with in a couple of hours, and never leave an error code.
Last time it was at the dealer they replaced the complete BCM on the advise of GM tech, asked them to reprogram the fuel shut off, but of course they refused, so now I feel they should step up and reimburse me, thanks for any help.
GM is not gonna "reimburse" you for something you wanted done to the car which is not an "authorized" change as listed in the recall notices.
GM agreed with the NHTSA requirement that the 2 MPH fuel shutoff NOT be removed from the car. This ensured GM and NHTSA that a column lock that actually was locked with the engine running could not be driven.
GM is not gonna pay you for having raised the fuel cutoff .... it puts them in trouble with NHTSA .... plus if you do drive the car with the column locked after raising the fuel cutoff ... and someone is injured .... and GM had PAID you ...... GM would be the "deep pockets" in the liability lawsuit .....
