High/Low beams on the same time

High/Low beams on the same time
Is it possible to "fix" GM's screw up of turning off the low beams when the highs come on?
Do I just need to run a relay to "fix" the problem? Does anyone have a wiring schematic to do this ?

I also remember that someone here set it up so the the fog lights would remain on with the high beams as well.
