I have to vent!
I hope that mti's products are better than teir manners on the phone!!! I talked to one of their reps (I will not mention any names) on the phone with some questions about their T1 cam and he was not very helpful to say the least!..He was actually kind of rude! :mad When he found out that I had save $$$ by buying their products from an online seller and was gonna have it installed locally, he put me on hold and never returned!!! :cuss Oh well, guess I will not be dealing with them anymore. :nono:

MTI's sales people are notorious for this. Talk to Jayson, Jeff, or Tony - they are much better to deal with.

I wouldn't let it worry you too much. They have some young guys working interference out there at the counter; not very customer oriented. I stood there for 15 minutes waiting on someone to ask me when I was ready to drop 6 grand on heads, cam, headers. Finally, the guy standing there asked if he could help me, then I told him what I wanted he dropped his jaw & paid some attention.
I don't think it was intentional. They honestly probably just goofed on your call. From what I understand, the guys that actually run the place are very qualified tuners. They just have a lot going, & you know as the saying goes, good help is hard to find.
As for my mods, I'm moving to Indy in January, two hours from Big John's shop. So I'll probably wait till then. Give Hammerhead some time in the shop while the salt is out.
