I think the intake you are reffering to is the VaraRam ( http://www.vararam.com )
This intake has been discussed several times on the forum but no one belive the numbers until they have published dyno and/or ET numbers. I think I saw one forum member saying he soon would receive his unit. Look through the following posts for more info :D

Halltech, Vortex, Donoldson, or that Vram (??) or just about anything but stock will net ya some power, but not 32 hp.
