LS1 Wiring Info 98 C5
Guys,
Doing a little summer project on getting a ls1 to replace the old vortec found in the late 90's trucks. I have as a reference the corvette fuel injection book by chrales probost,that gives you point by point detaiedl info on each of the 80pins that go into the ecu. I do not have an ECU, but i have the engine the complete intake and the complete wiring from the engine to the ECU. (off an F-body) wiring appears to be practically the same. If any of you guys have done this and can shed some light on the best way to retrofit the ECU part it would really help. I also need a 98 C5 ECU, i wouldn't like to use the one off my 98 C5 since thats my daily driver. This is a low budjet thing and the reason i am asking for help is because i already reseached that custom harness are quite expensive. I've been a memeber here for quite sometime and helped out a number of people and i am sure there are folk that can provide some useful information that i can use.

haha thanks funny i am a c5 owner too i hear ya. i have the motor and the wiring so i figure its inexpensive from here on.
