Whats the best bang for the buck for a stock 99?

I'd like to upgrade the intake/filter. Halltech, Blackwing, Venom....Which one is the best flowing for the price?

You might also want to check into the hurricane, vortex or vararam.
I have the hurricane and it is definately a nice setup.
