The easy way is to pop the hood, manually raise the headlight, remove the black trim plastic, the head light cover, then stick your arm down to the turn signal bulb. Watch the rubber gasket but it will prolly stick to the bulb socket.
Option 2. Remove the cover underneath the car flat on your back and reach up into the cavity to the bulb socket.

I just raise the hood, raise the light with the switch (turn them on then back to park and the light will stay up without the headlight being on) remove hood bumper bolt (not sure what it is called bit it is a adjustable bolt with a rubber bumper on top) reach down and remove bulb. You will have to install with one hand which can be fun. Mine kept on blowing because there ended up being a hole in the top of the marker light letting water into the lens. Apparently it is common for the bulb heat to melt a hole in the top of the housing.
