Will Spindle ducts work with F45?

I'm having an issue keeping my brakes cool enough at the track. I've been thinking about installing the DRM ducts and spindle ducts, but I have a F45 suspension, and was wondering if any of those extra components would interfere with the install in any way.

Since you have a system that is going to wear out eventually and require expensive replacement shocks, why not ditch the F45 setup and go with normal shocks? I believe somebody with a Tech 2 can tell the car that F45 isn't installed any more. That way you can remove the sensors and other hardware and use the brake ducts.
