If your battery was disconnected during the work, you may just need to resynchronize your RFA's.
Check your OM. The procedure is shown there. In my OM it's on pg 2-14.

When you tried re-synching were you in close proximity to the receiver? It's located behind the driver's side interior panel.

Look on pg 2-12 and follow the "Matching Transmitter(s) To Your Vehicle" procedure.

Do your Tire Pressure Monitors work? The in-car receiver for the TPMs is the same receiver used for the RFAs.
Is your A/C acting up in any way? If so, check fuse 27 in the footwell as the RFA receiver shares that fuse with the HVAC system. If it's blown, replace it and try the Matching/Synch procedures again.
