I gave a little "knuckle tap" on the horn to get the guy in front of me to recognize that the shade of green on the light indicated we could now turn....anyway,
As we make the turn the horn now starts to go off by itself, granted, it's probably the 1st time I've ever used the horn, but that's AFU
I kept rapping on it, trying to get it "unstuck" and it finally stopped, but how embarrassing and to top it off my wife thought I was just being a "weenie head" :D
Re: Anyone Had Problems With the Horn? (Mean Green 2000)
Mark,
I posted this topic a couple of months ago. You can read about it here
A couple of weeks ago, it stuck again as I was driving home. I smacked the wheel to unstick it. I parked the car in the driveway and went inside. A few seconds later, it went off again all by itself. I was so pissed, I simply pulled the horn fuse and threw it in the glovebox. Now I just rev my Borlas when I want to get someone's attention!!!

I have had problems getting mine to sound! Terrible design; it should be like my Miata, which has a very convenient buttom on either side of the wheel. I never have trouble with it! Not one of car's best points for sure.
