While this isn't specifically for a C6 shifter, the same steps still apply, as installing the C6Z shifter is not any different than installing a C5 one.

If you go to C5 Tech, click on search this forum in the red banner. Then use keywords "z06 shifter installation" (same procedure) and you'll come up with dozens of past discussions, many with images.
I just did it and came up with this one...
