Default It WORKS !!!!!! TopDownTech Works!!!!

I just received this from Michael Fuller,
And I just returned his email, Thank You Michael !!! I feel pretty :jester
as you can see the directions just said click three times . . . . . I never thought of trying to click "LOCK" (honk) the horn three times to get them to go up :jester

Thanks again,

Richard

Sorry to bother you if I have the wrong person, but I saw a post on the
Corvette Forum and wonder if it's you that's having the problem with the
window up feature not working. If you have a minute, I'd like to find
out a little more.

1) When you 'enable and calibrate' the windows, they go down, the horn
toots, but do they then go up as they should, or have the windows never
went up under the control of the window Valet?

Yes, It is Me!!!LOL, I have tried unplugging and starting over three times!!! Everything does like it says, the horn honks, the windows go down and back up . . . I just read below and will go to the forum and post!!!! I was clicking unlock three times trying to get them up, The "Directions" just say three clicks . . .LOL Please add to your directions to click "LOCK" three times . . .LOL

2) A triple lock should let the windows up (a fourth lock will cause the
window movement to abort). Do the windows bump up just a hair after you
triple lock, or do they not ever move up at all?

I sincerely apologize if you are having issues with the operation of the
unit. We will correct it or you can return it for a full refund.

Thank you,
-Michael Fuller, President

There's a thread on it here. It sounds like a great gizmo, especially if you have a vert!

Also, a link to the company Topdown Tech

I can't get over this Michael Fuller guy. He designs this brilliant product which is a simple plug in mod and prices it very reasonably. He was able to get this to market just in time for Christmas and evidently has been shipping them out as soon as the orders arrive. He is responding to queries, and writing and e-mailing supplementary directions to all customers to clear up some ambiguity in the operating manual. The were some problems processing my order (apparently the first international) which were promptly addressed and rectified within 24 hrs. On top of that he is still doing it while most people are celebrating Christmas. Very impressive customer service. :yesnod:

Looks alot easier than the other product that you have to remove the door panels to wire. This one just plugs into the OBD port under your dash! Great price also! $129 I'm placing an order.

I just had one question. When you hit the "LOCK" button three times for the windows up, does that mean that you horn beeps three times and your lights flash three time also?

I believe you can program your security system to flash only instead of sounding the horn.

I bought one of the last Window Commanders thinking there wasn't something else coming onto the market. I should have waited. Oh well.

I thought this device was supposed to select the Competitive Driving mode?

Did that feature not make it into the final production units?
