I emailed TTS 4 weeks ago asking how long the order will take and never recieved a responds from them. What is the wait time for a Power Loader order right now?
I don't speak for TTS (don't even know them) but 4 weeks ago would have caught the major guys like Cole at SEMA and then the PRI show. I suggest giving TTS a call or work through eXit28.
I also called to check up on when I might expect my loader. I found out that Steve went to three shows and was bacicly out of the programming work for a month. It took be (and a few others) originally 4 monthe to get the loader. I sent it back a tad over two months ago for a reprogram and nota as yet. The lady I talked to did say that Steve plans to be all cought up by the end of the year..... so I should have mine back after the first of the year, I HOPE  :seeya
Ordered on the GP less than a month ago.... came yesterday in time for christmas! Total price with shipping was like $430. Hard to beat, I guess I just got lucky...
if steve trains some one else to do it,steve will have a competitor in a short time because as soon as the new guy learns the code he will be in bussiness for himself.
Hey Now:
I was in the GP through Exit28Motorsports. I think the order went in around Dec 4 and got e-mail12/24/2001 telling powerloader was in and ready to be shipped. Around 3 weeks.
All I can say is it is worth the wait. TTS/Steve has tuned 2 programs for me and his programming, especially the A4, is superior to anyone elses IMO. I have tried the others and always went back to Steve :D His tranny management on the A4 ROCKS :D Hang int there. I had a 6 month wait but Steve had been in a big accident at the time, puting him out of work. It was worth the wait. It should be coming soon :D
Ditto that...if you have an A4, get the Powerloader! It's like driving a whole new car! Worth the wait and worth every penny!!!
I ordered mine through a GP from MattG @Exit28 Motorsports 3 weeks ago and got it yesterday. It's really rough because we had gotten some snow and the car is tucked away for a long winter's nap. I guess I'll start a mod pile for the spring.
Steve delivered our last batch of orders to us in less than 4 weeks from time of order. I cannot guarentee this for all future orders but he definitely seems to be moving along pretty quickly with the production of the Powerloaders lately.
We are still offering a great price on the Powerloader. If anyone is interested in placing an order or has any questions, please drop me an email.
I am sorry that some of you have had to wait longer than others. I'm in here on the computer trying to get the orders caught up and were closed for the holidays! So it's not that we don't care , it's just I would like everything to be right for all of you. I had hoped to have all the orders done prior to the first of the year but it's doesn't look like I will get everyone done this week. I hope you all had a Merry Christmas and a happy new year.
Steve Cole, Thanks for the PL ll. I just can't run the %@## out of the engine till I get the loader as ,among other things, the engine is very lean on top. But I'm waiting, though I thought that going thru people who deal in the loaders would have been quicker? Thanks and waiting. Happy and safe New Year. :chevy :seeya
Not flaming anyone,
Just telling it IMHO.
As I told Tracy 11/26/01 when I ordered, 4-6 weeks is ok by me.
Exit got it from Steve on 12/21/01, they shipped it to me & I got it on 12/27/01. If people had to wait months for their C5 to be built, I do not understand why they insist on being impatient on orders like this if it runs over the expected time period. An EDD is a different story.......
Would it be nice to get an call with an ETA if a PL is overdue?..........Yes, I expect that type of CS.
With Steve's accident last year, some folks have no concept of what Steve had to deal with. Not an excuse, a fact. To this day he probably has good & bad days, I had too many of my friends in the same or worse shape. I myself, blew out the ACL in my left knee in February of this year. Not much in comparison, but still a pain in the @#* every day!!!!
I still have a PL due, it has not shown up yet.......THAT IS OK!
I would rather Steve take his time and do it right the first time, than for me to get it on time with problems.
What did I pay for my PL's you may ask? $810 shipped ;)
A Happy New Year to all
:D
