Default HELP -- B0367 Right Actuator Feedback Open

For this code is the problem the Right Actuator or the head unit?

I've tried the procedure to re-index the actuator and even the procedure to move the gears back two positions .... still getting the code and no cold air on the drivers side...

As always, appreciate any help ...

This is most likely the code for the actuator door , but I would make sure that the refrigerant level is proper before addressing that issue, because low refrigerant can also cause no cold on driver side. Try setting the driver dial to 60 and see if that gives equal cold on both sides, that bypasses the door controls and allows only cold air in.
Good Luck
