Whistling turn signals?

I had done a number of mods to the car including a shift light, Blackwing filter, etc. but I can't figure out what might be causing a whistling sound associated with a turn signal. Apparently it only happens when the signal is put on...so it doesn't seem to be something associated with an air filter or something. He was wondering if it had something to do with a computer mixup or something.
He also has a "check tire pressure system" light or whatever it says for when you need to check the tire pressure monitoring system but I don't see where that would cause a whistling sound.
So maybe this will be a challenge to those of you with extensive experience on the C5. If not, he will have to take it to a dealer (ugh...not many good Corvette dealers in South Dakota!)

Seriously .... though ...... can he give you some idea of where the sound is coming from .... inside the car .... outside ???? If inside .... does it sound like it is coming from inside the dashboard ???? Just a SWAG I'd lean toward the hazard flasher unit ..... but that is STRICTLT a SWAG.

....I agree however with BlackZ06 on his SWAG. What your friend is calling a whistle, may actually be the turn signal relay high pitch buzzing.

I think you have the wrong RPO number ......
WTS47 is the option where the car whistles "Dixie" when the turn signals are on ..... WTS46 is the "standard" whistle .....

The other ones are funny and welcome as well but this is actually a serious thread. Since I haven't heard the sound I have no idea if it's really a whistle or not but that's how he described it. These cars are so complicated that I have no idea how some things may affect the operation of others.
I'll pass along the suggestions.

That site would be very helpful for the that whistling blinker...order the parts today.
