None...You engine can get wet and your air intake is way in the front, the only thing that will really get wet is the intake manifold and fuel rail covers.
I drive mine in the rain all the time. Only thing is your engine will be constantly dirty if you daily drive your car. I have the ACP Magna Extractor by the way.

If you get enough water there could it get to the rear knock sensor? It's actually very common for them to get corroded and need to be replaced but I've only heard about it in the context of pressure washing or using a spray nozzle to clean the engine.
