Default Clutch issue...

Twice now over the past couple days I've had to "pump" the clutch 4-5 times to get it to return to its proper position relative to the floor. It started maybe two or three inches off the floor.

Fluid is full. Both times so far have been warm starts.

Could this be an internal leak involving the master cylinder? Anything else come to mind?

110,000 miles on all original parts relative to the clutch. Thanks!

What color is the fluid? If it's black, do the turkey-baster thing.

I have an AC Delco master (brand new)... AC#18M882, GM#88928097

I bought it to do my clutch and ended up buying a package of everything.

and your problem does sound like the master..

Do a search of the "Ranger" method and other clutch searches as there are far too many strings of info available.

110K means you may need to start replacing some worn out parts. Likely culprit is the clutch slave cylinder. I wish I could have gotten that many miles out of mine....on the 2nd already and want it gone.
