5-Point Mounting Style
I would like to see how some of you are doing your lap belts and how exactly you are attaching them. I know there is a dedicated bracket set, but can't find them right now. Anyway, we have had mine for some time installed like: the inside one is attached directly on the stock seat-belt bolt (threads no longer go all the way through nut/washer/bushing assembly); the outside is on a eye bolt that has replaced one of the roll-bar mounts (it's quick disconnect, which is nice to get it out of the way when not needed). I do like the idea of a quick disconnect in order to get the inside lap belt out of there when not using it, as currently it flops around when not in use because of the mounting style/location (½ time I sit on it, lol). So, looking for someone that has done a nice easy to remove installation and those brackets I alluded to may be the answer, however, if there is a do it your self method/style that would certainly be my 1st choice, rather than buying a kit.
