Default C-5 seat track question

Will passenger side manual seat tracks work on a drivers side seat? I'm putting C-5 seats in my 68 and because of the difference in headroom have to go with manual tracks. Seat belt mounting is not an issue as the C-3 belts mount to floor mounted hardware.

From what I understand, the manual passenger seat slider is identical to a manual driver side slider with the exception of the seat belt mount. Since this isn't a problem for you, I think you can just hack off the seatbelt bracket and use it like that.

Someone who has replaced their power driver side seat bracket with a manual one may be able to confirm this- I am planning on doing this swap for some weight savings.

The C6 manual seat track has studs on both sides for mounting the seat belts, so you can use them on either side.
