Brake upgrade
To update my c5 to c6 brakes .I can get rotors calipers and pads from my local GM dealer for 1500.00. Do I need different brake lines or different master cylinder? If so what kind and where can I get them.

Be aware you are adding 11lbs per wheel up front if you go with stock GM C6 Z06 rotors.
Stock C5 Z rotors weigh 18lbs each, C6 Z)6 rotors weigh 27lbs each.
The master will work, you need a longer brake line for each caliper, so you may as well switch to stainless steel lines at the same time.
You will wheels that will clear the wider calipers up front.
