Cant speak for the heads.. but I have to say that I personally like those numbers for a cam only car!!! Sounds like a good setup you have going there.

The question here is, how much are you willing to spend? Sky is the limit. You can go with some budget heads ($1200) or go with aftermarket casting like AFR or TrickFlow ($2200+).

^^If you are still running the stock LS1 heads, you should gain at least 40 rwhp with a set of good after-market heads. For budget heads try some ported & polished Patriot 243s, or on the more expensive side take a look at AFRs.

By "bolt ons" I assume you already have headers... but intake and TB?

My vote is AFR. I went up there (factory is right up the street from me) and Tony showed us around. Although they produce quite a few heads/models, each one is carefully machined, checked, inspected, and tested. The final numbers show they flow more, the quality of the shop is one reason why.
My buddy here at work bought a set and Tony hand ported them. His 'old school' 383 gen 1 is making over 500 hp.

I wouldn't know either. All the guys I know running their H/C setups have Cartek spec out everything, but they sure do fly. You can always call and see what they think. They would know better than us

You will have to call AFR but I am going to say 63cc is the limit if you are using .040 gaskets. You will need to check ptvc either way.

AFR Heads would relly compliment your mod.
and you wont need to buy rockers and springs

I added them with a mild cam 224/228 LSA 114 .581/.588
and some LG pros and I'm pulling 450 RWHP
