My cousin had one (actually a few) of their exhausts on his Rx7. He was bummed because it was rusty. I couldn't believe it since they are supposed to be all stainless. I climbed under his car and sure enough ALL of the flanges had heavy rust and it was rusty around most of the welds. I believe Borla replace the system twice already.
Its great that they stand behind their product, but I would have expected better quality.
I got an email from the guy that made this post. He claims that he made the post from Arizona. He says Kinkos is based in California so that may be the reason the IP shows up from there. I'll give him the benefit of the doubt in my mind. The reverse IP lookup showed the location that I mention above, but it's possible that he is correct and that all Kinkos IPs show up as that location.
It doesn't change my personal opinion of Borla or the way that they have handled this though.

i can't share the info i have about the kinko's internal network topography, but i can mention that they own a class B netblock that actually is administered/located in Ventura, CA.
Troy - i of course agree about your views on Borla - there's simply no excuse for not paying bills, especially those associated with legally binding contracts.
