First, your profile says you have a 2003 model year .... F45 was not available in 2003 .... F55 became the available "ride control" suspension for that year.
There are two ways to see if you have the F55 option .....
1) The "correct" way to check for any option ... open your glove compartment and there is a sticker on the inside of the door that lists all the RPO (Regular Production Options) installed on your car at the factory.
2) Look at your Center Console, do you have a rotary switch with 3 positions .... TOUR - SPORT - PERF (Performance) ?? If yes .... you have F55 ... if there is no such switch ..... go to the label in the glovebox and see if you have an Fxx code (like FE1) or Z51 ....
