The driver side sunvisor on my 99 vert died. I bought a replacement. Can anyone tell me how to remove the old one and install the new? I earlier saw a post on one of the forums (with photos) on the subject, but can't seem to locate it now. Thanks for any help you can provide.

LOL... I just had to do the same thing last night in my 2000. the way I got mine out was pulled down gently until part of the old sun visor broke and pulled it out. but I also had the sun visor and the retaining clip that it's held in with just in case I broke the original.
eventually 1 of the 3 prongs that is on the sun visor it's self snapped and it came right out with out damaging the existing retainer peice.
then it's simple un-plug old, plug in new. pay attention to the 3 prongs on the visor because 1 has a flat spot at the tip. that flat tip show you the only way that thing will go back in there. once you have it up in the retaining clip you turn the visor toward the wind shield until it snaps into place.
then you go grab a beer and apologise to the neighbors for swearing...
(Last step optional. Only suggested due to the fact that is what I ended up doing.)
GOOD LUCK!
