Default Oil/Filter Question

I've got an '09 LS3 on order.

Oil is 5W30 Mobil 1 - right?

What's the total oil fill capacity (including filter)?

What are you guys running for an oil filter? (The Mobil 1 filters are supposedly pretty decent and I was thinking of running that).

EDIT: Posted this in the wrong section. Sorry...

You might as well call it 7 qt. Mobile 1 filters are good ,a little over priced. Your best value is find a regular old fashioned parts store and get a Wix filter(also sold as NAPA gold.A top quality filter used by pros,,many racers and fleet operators.Wix manufactures filter for a lot of brand names to the customers specs (read cheaper,,less filter element cheaper internals)Was shown by my engine builder that Fram is junk (cut one open) as well as many other of the old brand names!! Wix(and NAPA) has metal parts and extra filter media and proper valving inside at an affordable price. There are reports of improved oil pressure and the sensor is AFTER the filterwhich =s improved flow!!
