Default Which mods in which order

I'm looking for some advise on which order to complete mods on my 99. I'm looking to do cam, intake, headers and exhaust, air intake, 3.42 gear.

Also looking for advise on the best performing air box.

Well...you forgot about heads.

Most people do intake and exhaust and are quite happy. The thing to remember is that an engine is like an orchestra. You want to have the air intake, valves, heads, and cam working together. By that, I mean you want parts that will complement each other, of course all the parts will work mechanically, but you'll want to do some research so you'll know what kind of power you'll get with different mods.

I think you need to talk to a speed shop and figure out a) how much you want to spend, b) how streetable you're going to make your car, and c) how much power you want.

I was thinking of the Englandgreen Whiplash cam. Can you suggest a good set of heads? Should all the mods be done at the same time? I'm thinking do the exhaust first. This way all the other mods will not be restricted by the exhaust.

Just depends on how much money you have to spend at one time. It will be easiest to do heads, cam and headers at the same time.

Some like to do things in stages. I say save up and do it all at once. Less retunes and downtime.

I recommend doing the supercharger first.

Good choice of cam

Seriously, you might want to read this first.

Great link!!!

Thanks for all the responses. I think I'll just buy things as they become available and have them all installed at once.
