Wind noise on coupe

Wind noise on coupe
My car (2001 Coupe) recently started leaking air on the passenger side when I am above 70mph. It gets worse as speeds increase. This is with my glass top. I have Zero wind noise when I swap to my painted top. Does the weather strip go bad on these tops? Do I have to repalce it or can it be adjusted? I prefer not to take it to the dealer. :smash: Thanks!

Hmmm, My 99 does the same thing at the A'pillar area. I just turn up the stereo or stand on the gas to drowned out the noise. Think there was a TSB for wind noise by the B'pillar on the coupes.

I did a couple things on my coupe to improve wind noise.

"Window Blow-out clip adjustment" and
"Window Tip in adjustment".

I have the same problem with my glass top. I used it before and never have this problem until a few weeks ago when I swapped the top. Let me know if you know how to fix it. Thanks

This sounds simple but I know of one person who sold his coupe because of an intermittant wind noise and the only problem was that sometimes he got the top weatherstrip at the back tucked in wrong and sometimes he got it right. When I showed him on mine, he ordered another! :lol:
