AC blower motor intermittant
Yesterday I went to play ball and it started pouring down rain. The game was called so I walked back to my car soaking wet. With all the humidity the windows were all fogged up. I turned on the defroster and noticed it wasn't working too well. I thought that the infamouse vaccuum line had disconnected. It was hard to hear because the rain was pounding so hard. I then noticed there was no air coming out at all and the AC blower motor was not working 
I thought a fuse might have blown.
I had to wait about 25 minutes before the rain died down, wiped the windshield as best as I could and then drove with the windows down to circulate some air. I hit a bump while driving and then the fan started going again.
I should mention I replaced the blower motor about a year or so ago, because the original one started squeeking.
Any ideas?

I don't know if this will solve your problem but it is worth a try...
About a year ago, my blower motor went out. I removed it and bench tested it and it was fine. I then used some electronic component cleaner and DI grease (which by the way you can purchase at Pep Boys) to clean the power connector. Sure enough, the blower worked again.
As a general comment, our beloved C5's are prone to electrical issues and I find that cleaning connectors is always a good place to start. Give it a try.
