Default Oil Temp readout on the DIC

I started the car this morning and usually leave the oil temp up and drive kinda slow until the reading is up around 150 degrees.

After the cold weather last night the DIC stated only "Low" for the temp and never did register a number all the way to work even though the engine was nice and warm. It wouldn't reset during the drive in and I restarted the car hoping it would clear but it still says only "Low". ?????

Anyone else seen this before????
Thanks!!!
