Question about Koni shocks

Question about Koni shocks
I was about to buy the koni adjustable shocks for my 2000 FRC and noticed that they are the special red shocks and not the yellow sports. What is up with that? I fugured that the C5 would have a sport fitment. Has anyone tried these shocks? How do they compare with the yellows? I have used KOni yellows for years on my Datsun 240Z and 94 Z28 and love them but am worried that the reds might not have aggressive enough valving for the occasional track event. :confused:

The yellow Koni's are double adjustable and the red are single adjustable, (rebound valving) the compression valving is set for you. We've actually had very good luck with the red single adjustable Koni's on the C-5's with our sport springs. We are running track events and adjusting to run on the street to and from the track. :yesnod:
