I just had a rollbar installed and mini-tubs done on my car and reinstalled my interior. The installation looks ok, but I would prefer to have someone professionally make a new rear carpet for me to accomodate the bar and tubs. Any good referrals for this type of work? I have contacted a local stereo shop already, but the price/labor seemed a bit much.
Dee Trim in East Plano is the shop Huffhines uses, I have also used them for some custom interior work on other cars and they did a great job at a fair price.
Thanks, I talked to Earkmark on Parker in West Plano and they seem a bit pricey for everything. They want 160 bucks for an Optima Red Top and said that dyno matting the car would be about 1000-1200 dollars.
Thanks for the referrals, I will give them a call.
I got several strong recommendations for The Car Stereo Store (Greenville @ Caruth Haven) last summer. I didn't have them do any work for me but maybe they're another option to consider.
Yes, LGM did a great job on the installation of the rollbar and the mini-tubs. I reinstalled the interior myself - I dropped the car off at LGM without the interior. I had already removed it and was planning on putting in a Speedworks rollbar myself, but ended up having LGM put a bar in. Althoug h it's not finished yet I may post a few new pictures. I still need to have a custom rear carpet done, install the 5-points and convert to Sport Seats.

Are you pleased with Lou's work otherwise?
I've had work done there. Talk to Andy if you go by there. He drives the black LT1 Z28 with Fikse FM5's. He is  and he does great work! That shop will be doing my stereo install on the C5 soon as well.
if anybody needs interior work done (original or custom) i have connections w/a guy who works on restorations of $100,00 cars and he has won awards at all the car shows. he works at a shop called bob smiths coachworks. im sure somebody has heard of the place. anyway he does a little work on the side for people and his prices are very reasonable (pro the best u will find) and the work is award winning. if interested let me know and i can put u in touch w/him
I am looking for somebody who has experience with installing White Faced Guages...Can anybody point my in the right direction here in the DFW area? Are any of the business listed previously able to do the job? I really would like somebody who has already installed a set of White Faced Guages to do mine!! Thanks.

I saw an article on this guy recently in the dallas morning news. Showed him working on a 64 GTO Ferrari. 1 of 3 known in the world. 1M+ automobile. Said Ferraris are his specialty and he has had his shop since the 80's. Pretty interesting.
