stuttering
So recently my 02 coupe started to develop a small stutter. its a small stutter, and feels almost like a strong gust of wind has hit the car. it usually happens between 15-200rpms. the car has 55k on the motor, headers, and exhaust. i've never changed the fuel filter, and was told that might be the problem. and im not throwing any codes. anyone?

could it possibly be the maf if it got hit hard enough? would a blow to the side of it cause it to malfunction? I'm on limited funds, so im trying to narrow my options down to either replacing spark plugs, replace the maf, or replace the fuel filter

Im not sure. Id start off by replacing wires and plugs, it cant hurt, and then go from there, without having testing equipment for sensors its gonna be hit or miss on replacing parts, but in the end your car will run better regardless.

You can spray out the MAF therefore cleaning it up using electrical contact cleaner and some even use brake cleaner. Have you pulled the codes yet? Also, check out PCV valve connections for holes in the tube connecting it to the intake.
