Code C1265 and ABS Fixer
I received my rebuilt EBCM from AbsFixer on Friday afternoon after receiving several codes including C1214. My mechanic reinstalled the rebuilt EBCM on Saturday (the following day). He hooked up his Modis scan tool to my car and all codes were erased except C1265. C1265 is identified as “LR Inlet Valve Solenoid Malfunction”. Upon contacting Brandon at ABSfixer and informing him of my situation he tells me, “your mechanic must have damaged it during the reinstall. You’re going to need to remove it and ship it back to me so I can repair it.” I explained to him that there’s absolutely no way he could have damaged the rebuilt EBCM because I was watching him the entire time. At no point was the EBCM dropped or mounted improperly. He continued to tell me, “ship it to me and I’ll take care of it”. I guess that’s what I’ll do seeing as that I have no other choice. My concern is that I’m running around in circles making unnecessary expenditures (2x mechanic’s labor, 2x shipping fees, my time....etc.). Anyone have a similar experience? If so, please HELP !

I used absfixer a year or so ago. I did all the work myself and haven't had a problem since. It is possible it was damaged in shipping too.
