I suggest a PM to Bill Curlee. He might have some advice. My first thought will be something he posted previously, that being the iginition switch itself may be having issues. I cannot imagine a fuse causing this much problem. I think I would disconnect the battery, then put that fuse back in, then reconnect the battery again and see what happens.

first unhook both battery cables, charge battery, leave unhooked for 2 hrs, while waiting check fuses,22,23,25 on the floor fuse box passengers side, also check the ignition maxi fuse in the same box,its the first one on the top from the left, also check your owners manual for the fuse # thats for ignition-instument panel, check fuses with a ohm meter or wiggle the pins,a blown fuse is obvious but a damaged or cracked one is a pain,if in doubt replace it ,WITH THE SAME SIZE,after that if all are good move on to hook battery back up and see what you get,i would bet #23 is blown its the small 10 amp[red] fuse,be a bit civilized when removing the fuses, especially the big maxifuses, also on each frame rali there are 1 each behind each headlite a ground block, see the post at the top header on this tech page for electrcal problem[long] it shows the blocks and where they are, corrosion or bad grounds are also a pain, erratic electrical problems are the worst, goin thru it now myself, and have been there before,be patient and remember where things go,almost always with a 12 volt system if the battery is known to be good and charged then its likely a fuse or ground, although i think fuse as when you pulled it running then it shorted juice to the bcm, unhooking the battery for 2 hrs will recycle the system, try it,is this a seasonal car??
