Default My latest GENE CULLY experience

I had purchased 4 Tire Pressure Sensors recently and one would not program. Since I live within easy driving distance and have done business with Gene before he was at his present business, he helped me in the best possible way to resolve my sensor problem which made the replacement of the non-responsive sensor as easy as it could have been without any BS.

GENE - THANKS FOR THE TRUST AND HATS OFF TO A GOOD GUY!

Gene has outstanding service. I recently called to see how fast he could get some small parts for me, and how much expedited shipping would cost. He actually told me I could get them faster, and probably cheaper, if I got them from my dealer and they expedited them. He told me that he would love to have my business, but my best option was to buy from the dealer. He really puts the customer's needs above his own......

Tim,

I can't tell you how much I appreciate seeing you again and having you for a customer and friend at my latest establishment.

Last evening it didn't sound as if you trusted me that you would be able to pick up the replacement sensor for free. I wouldn't have you come by and not be taken care of properly. My customers are my priority.

I'm sorry I could only talk to you for a second today. I had 10 hours worth of work to do in 3 hours and I had quite a few deadlines and customer orders to get expedited today.

Sometimes I am so busy I can't even take a break.

It was nice talking with you again and I certainly appreciate it.

I'll contact you when your other items are in!

Thanks, Gene.

Yes, sometimes if it is 1 or 2 parts I can make things happen, quickly and for a good price. If I remember the list you and I were talking about it would have hurt the pocket. I started this business for my forum customers and friends and I am here for the customer, not just to make a buck! Thanks for the positive feedback.

Placed an order on Wed afternoon, parts at my door Fri morn!

Every GM replacement part I've ever purchased for my vette came from Gene.

Gene and Chip @ CCA are model vendors in my opinion.

Great prices and service!

Gene is the best! He always gives the best advice and the best service. I won't even price shop when it comes to buying from Gene, if his prices aren't the best, they are darn close, and he has my Loyalty
