I currently have some old (purchased in 2003) shorty headers on my 5k mile 2003 Z as well as X pipe...running B&Bs, Does anyone think I will see a HP gain by putting on LG streets headers and x pipe or equiv. and will the car be louder ?? I hope louder LOL Thanks

Absolutely yes. I would say you will see an additional 10-15 hp at the wheels with that change, and the sound will be even better. It will probably drone like a **** though.

With the long tubes yes it should get louder in a muscle car way, but what B&B's do you have? If you have the bullets aren't they pretty loud already? If nothing else take out the cats and it will be louder.
