Front pass turn signal bulb out, easiest access point to replace? I know there is search, figured I'd get some style advice at the same time... 1999 FRC

Rims pictured are growing on me. Advice on stripping them and powder coat or flat black paint?

I'm a noob, take it easy

Thus far these are the favorite rims. Thoughts?

depends on the girth and length of your arms...
easiest... thru the brake duct... push in and down on the accordian like duct.move it out of the way then reach up and feel for the bulb. typical squeeze and twist

next easiest, raise the headlights manually, remove the black plastic bezel from around the headlights, reach in and down. find the bulb squeeze and twist

if you have short thick arms, drive onto ramps or jack the car. from underneath remove the 5 ( 6 or 7 mm bolts) than hold the plastic access panel in place
Once removed you can see the directional bulbs and the foglight bulbs..
