I'm fond of the B&B Bulletts, little loud for most.

From inside or outside the car? I have B&B Bullets and they sound awesome outside the car. Inside you will get a headache very quickly from the massive drone. Some people don't mind it.

Do you have headers? I ran Borla straight pipes and loved them. When I installed LG Pro's it was just too loud inside and out. Over 4000 rpm it was unbearable. What I am saying is if no headers get the straight pipes or B&B Bullets, but if you have headers don't do it it will be too loud.

Did you run cats with the straight pipes and stock manifolds? I'm about to get a straight pipe setup with everything else being stock and I don't want it to be so loud that it attracts the attention of the LEO's.

I have a Corsa and like the sound. Quiet until you get on it, and a nice burble when I shift. Go on youtube and check out some videos, thats better than asking because very few people hate their exhausts...HAHA

Default Depends what you want to hear! You being the key.

If you drive your vette alot you might not want a set of Stingers or loudmouths or even B&B bullets because the are really loud, and when you dive for long distances the drone will drive you crazy.......Thats the trade off on having a loud exhaust. If you go with Corsa touring car or magnaflo's or B&B route 66 they sound good at idle....noticably louder that stock, and have a nice throaty sound when you get in it. I have a set of Corsa tourings and love them. No drone when driving at all, and people still can hear that you don't have a stock exhaust and compliment you that your car sounds good.....Which I love hearing!

I only drive about 4k a year so I could have went with a louder exhaust but one drive with someone that has a C5 with a set of SLP Loudmouths in my car club, and I was cured from wanting one. Cool from the outside sucked from the inside.....hearing the radio can become a problem.

Hear a a few links that have sound clips.....

Good luck!
Rich

I have AR LT headers, X-Pipe, 2 high-flow cats, and the Corsa Pace Car cat-back.

I LOVE THIS SOUND!!!

It is very quiet while crusing and idling. It screams when I go WOT! Perfect system.

Dual electric bypasses, that can switch from pure stock headers, cats and mufflers to BB Bullets, LT headers, and no cats!
And of course, everything made of unobtanium to reduce weight by 40 pounds from stock.
We could call it the Dr. Jeckel and Mr. Hyde exhaust.

I prefer the Ti catback that came standard on C5 Zo6's.

No popping on deceleration, mature wail up top.... It can be a little quiet inside the car... but I've heard it outside and I think it's a great balance.

Here's a website that has some sound clips (headers/cam/catbacks/etc)
