Hlep with VIBRATION

I took the car in for a safety inspection and the car came back with a vibration. The vibration souds like it is coming from the floor board area under the seat. The vibration is the loudest right after I turn the car off. I jacked the car up but cannot see any place where the headers are touching. I am wondering if the dealership messed up my tune and the car engine is vibrating because the tune is off and the headers are hitting. I am taking the car in tomorrow to have it inspected on a lift.

Any suggestions are appreciated.

Did they leave a lift puck in the frame?

No lift puck- just a lot of noise and vibration

I would bet they did something really stupid like jack the car up partially on the exhaust and bent it up into the car. Does it vibrate while driving?
