Nice hood Darth! I'm slowly moving toward this mod. It would be nice to get some of that extra heat from the SC out.

Congrats to your excellent hood choice :) The 190+mph statement from DRM gets me wondering if it's me they are refering :D I told them I've been to 195mph without any problem, still stable as a rock

Thanks for posting the pics. The one with the hood up is the best because you can see the shape of the hood. Was it hard to fit and adjust? Also what about washing the car or rain does the water get on the engine?

Nice!!! I like that better han the RK Sport Hood. Do the edges line up exactly like the stock hood? How much did it cost?

Sean: I know what you mean. I've had mine OVER 180 MPH, more than once.

Wicked: Thx Bro.

Marquez: No probs w/ fitment, water is minimal when I wash it.

BlkY2K: What's up, man? I KNEW you'd like it! :yesnod:

rfgoss: I had it painted at Munday Chev., Hood is about $1100 + S/H & about $300 to paint & mount.

Ha-Ha: it seem to fit like stock, edges look good.

Tuan: One step ahead of you Bro, I already have that worked out. :D hehe

Sorry, I saw that I had missed some questions..

Billy: It did not have any of the under hood heat shield material, it doesn't really need it since the underhood temps are significantly reduced. i'm sure you could cut the stock heat pad & put it on if you wanted.

JB: It would definitely help with that.
