B0441, B0365, and outside temp sensor
#1 - My outside sensor was reading 45 while it was really 83. I cleaned the conntacts, I tried the short thingy and could not get it to work. I finally pulled the positive cable off the battery and let it set for bout 60 seconds. That cleared the sensor problem. If you try this make sure you know your radio lock code, if you have a cd carosel and it dosen't work afterwards just eject and reload the case.
#2 - Wow, this is a weird one. I was getting the same codes as a lot of you other guys and I was about ready to blow thinking about tearing into my dash to "re-index the actuators"...... but ..... this worked for me.
I was getting cold air on the drivers side and hot air on the passenger side.
I went into diagnostics mode and selected the HVAC reading which was giving me the dreaded two codes in this title.
While the engine was running and the AC on I noticed that everytime I cleared the codes, I got cold air on both sides for about 30 seconds and then the codes reappeared.
So I turned the engine and the AC off, reset the HVAC Codes and immediately turned the switch off. I did this about three times and the codes finally cleared and never came back.
Now, my AC works like a charm and I am one happy camper.

you guys on the forum really rock.
I have owned a 99 C5 for 3 1/2 years and thanks to Guys like you I have been able to do much of my own repairs.
I just came in from replacng the right rear hub assembly and I kept getting the code 99 HVAC B0441 , I didn't have this code before making the repair. Afterwards I couldn't get it to clear but thanks to you sharing your experience I cleared the code and now all is well again.
I couldn't own a Corvette if it wasn't for this foum.
Thank you and the rest of the unselfish people on the Corvette forum, you make driving a Corvette as much fun as it should be.
Thanks C.V.
