Default Need help guys asap 10 pcm p 0101

I took my 2003 zo6 for a little spin yesterday as im working 4 hrs from home and only came back to check on things and all of a sudden my z sounds like its misfiring and wont keep an idle .I got her home and pulled the codes and its showing PCM P0101C i am runing a new style vararam B2 and have for about 2000 miles with no issues. Looked for air leaks in cai and loose connections and nothing ,i have searched cleaning the maf but would really like a diy with pics?? anybody?? the car is still under warranty so if i cant get this resolved and call the dealer should i remove the vararam and put the stock box back on before it goes to the dealer or doesnt it matter if the vararam is in place Thanks guys in advance

If you over oilled your element it can suck oil into it but 2000 miles since install I doubt it.... Have you removed the MAFS and looked inside? Did you check the plug connector at the MAFS?

Have you cleared the code and run the car?

So far i have checked the cai vararam for loose connections and nothing ,i highly doubt that is from over oiling the filter as i was very careful when applying this and heck that was 2000 miles ago so i doubt thats an issue .I just cleaned the filter not real dirty at all its drying now, going to let dry and reinstall clear code then see what happens

Sounds stupid but you can Reboot your car. Remove Neg batt cable, wait 10-15 mins and reconnect. Sometimes does the trick
