I did a search and couldn't find any pics. I'm putting everything back together after head swap, but can't get one coil pack on each side to line up right. Looking for pics to get a better idea of what I'm doing wrong. Also, need to know what to use to attach to the non-threaded bolt holes for the packs?
My 98 coil packs attached directly to the cover, when I replaced the heads, I needed to also replace the valve covers to be able to attach a "bracket" for the coils, and this sounds like it's your case also.
one has perimeter bolts and the other has center ones.

Coil pack brackets mount onto the proper valve covers with bolts through non threaded coil bracket holes.
I have the new valve covers and brackets, but the coil packs don't fit. I'll have to look at them again to see if they are on upside down or something. The valve covers seem to fit into place, but one pack on each side doesn't fit correctly.

if it's the front one, i feel your pain it will fit i did the same thing
one of them has to turn around, or three of them turn around, can't remember, but they don't all face the same way like they do when bolted to valve covers. Can't get to my car right now, but I had the same problem.

I flipped the one and it works, but now the holes have no threads. Can I place my tap into a drill? I was trying it by hand, but the hand tool keeps turning and not grabbing the tap.

Yup ...It can be used in a drill.Just go slow or you will break the tap.
