Default Need help with some codes and issues

Over the last couple of weeks i have been experiencing some weird things in the vette. Every now and then the car stutters and almost seems like it is about to stall, and the Service Engine light comes one then goes off. :(

Thought it was a problem with the GM HPO plug wires I was using but I replaced them with stock and the same thing happens. The only other thing I can think of may be the fuel filter but that seems unlikely. Any ideas?

I checked the DIC and there were only two codes stored.

B0516
B0521

They are under the IPC heading so they seem unrelated but I would like to know what they are.

Any help would be appreciated.

TIA

Double check that the plug wires are securely on the plugs and coils, mine did the same thing when I changed my plugs and wires. I had one loose plug wire.
I don't know if that is connected to the codes that you pulled.

Both relate to the Instrument Panel Cluster.

BO516 = Speedometer Signal Circuit Malfunction
BO521 = Tachometer Signal Circuit Malfunction
