The sticker that's in your glovebox has all the info for that car, look at it and see if there is Z51, if it says it you have it.

Power steering cooler, firmer springs and shocks, larger sway bars front and rear, lower gearing.

And the rear sway bar is supposed to have metal end links(mine does) instead of plastic links.(not sure about the front links,,I've heard different opinions there,,and haven't looked for myself yet)

Mine is a 99 A4 and it has 3:15 and it is NOT a Z51, also a 2000 should have metal sway bar end links.

Here are my RPO codes (from sticker inside glove box)
FE1 Base Suspension (Upgraded to FE4 2-2007)
F45 Selective Real Time Damping
G90 Axle, Rear, 3.15 Ratio
G92 Performance Axle Ratio 3.15:1 MXO Auto

It's not going to say "Z51" on the sticker in the glove box, it's going to read "FE3" to indicate the Z51 package. You can also tell by the diameter of your sway bars as follows:

Swaybars
23mm, front; 19.1mm, rear --- FE1/Base ( my old bars )
25.4mm, front; 21.7mm, rear --- FE3/Z51 97-99
28.6mm, front; 23.6mm, rear --- FE3/Z51 00-04
30.0mm, front; 23.6mm, rear --- FE4/Z06 ( my new bars as of 2-17-07 )
31.75mm, front; 25.4mm, rear --- Hotchkis
38.4mm, front; 27.5mm, rear --- GM T1

Note that if you have an older '97-'99 C5 with plastic swaybar endlinks, you will need to go to the GM aluminum endlinks for the larger bars (GM PN:10435298, ~$60/set), as the old-style plastic ones can snap with the force from the stronger bars. Fichtner includes these in a Z06 bar order, along with the new rubber bushings for the
larger bars.
