coil relocation question

can the coils touch each other or do they have to be seperate from each other when relocating?

ok. i just wanted to know because when they touch, it feels like they pull toward each other like a magnet.

I noticed a slight magnetism to my coils as well.
I would think that you'd want to keep them slightly apart to prevent any potential for arching over to the other and causing a misfire...
