Z06 ALIGNMENT????WHAT DOES THIS MEAN???
I saw where someone was talking about using Bilstein sports, Z06 sway bars. Then someone posted "don't forget the Z06 alignment? I have the Z51 setup, I am installing Bilstein's and changing the front sway to Z06(the rear is the same as I understand it already with Z51). I do NOT plan on lowering the car. Do I need to do something with the ALIGNMENT????Dogdoc, THANKS!!!!!!!! :eek: :eek:

You don't have to do this, but many do for faster turn in responce. The Z06 has more aggressive alignment settings and a lot of people with non-Z06 Vettes are having this done. It won't really improve the handling of the car, but will make it respond quicker to your steering inputs. If you do the Z06 alignment, the car will be a little more difficult to track straight on the highway. I had mine done right in between the Z06 and the Z51 C5 alignment specs, and am happy with it. Your dealership should be able to do this for you. Oh, and you don't need to lower the car to have this done.
